We enjoyed our stay. The location was great ! Walkable to the art show, farmers market and many venues downtown. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We needed the air conditioning which worked but the window unit was a bit noisy.

Mrs.
Percival's Perch was a perfect location. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. The only recommendation would be to add a few floor coverings, or area rugs to warm up the space a bit. It would make it more cozy. Thank you.

Clean , comfortable and well appointed. The location is absolutely perfect for us. Close to downtown, yet also just minutes away from bike trails and a lovely park with exc3hiking.
