This was our 2nd year (for one month each) at this property and it is fantastic. Huge back yard, comfy house, great BBQ grill, lovely patio table with umbrella, office space in one of the bedrooms, two other comfy bedrooms, easy in/out digital lock, great appliances, wonderful neighborhood. And the Flagstaff temperatures do not disappoint! This is close to NAU, and downtown with great restaurants and shopping. Nice hot tub and very private. Portable A/C's which work fine in the few hours that you may use it once in a while. In Flag, when it gets hot, you only need them for a short time. Dan, the host was aways there when you needed him. Highly recommend!!
